Azerbaijan appoints new Head of State Service for Mobilization and Conscription – presidential decree

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on the appointment of Mursal Ibrahimov as Head of the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription of the Republic of Azerbaijan, according to Azerbaijan in Focus, reporting Trend News.

According to the order, Mursal Ibrahimov has been appointed Head of the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
