Azerbaijan sent 500 emergency workers to Turkey
On the instructions of the President of Azerbaijan, aid groups will be sent to Turkey to extinguish forest fires, an aide to the head of the state, Hikmet Hajiyev stated in a press release.
According to him, appropriate instructions have been given to the Prime Minister and the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan. 500 emergency workers of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, helicopters, as well as other necessary equipment and materials will be sent to Turkey to extinguish fires as soon as possible.
