First Vice-President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mehriban Aliyeva has made a post on her official Instagram page, expressing condolences on the death of a famous writer, playwright, screenwriter, producer, and film director Rustam Ibragimbekov, according to Azerbaijan in Focus, reporting Trend News.

“I express my deepest condolences to the family of the People’s Writer of the Republic of Azerbaijan Rustam Ibragimbekov in connection with his death. I will always remember my meetings with him. May Allah rest his soul.”
