Azerbaijani MoD denies reports of ceasefire violation in direction of Kalbajar
The Azerbaijani Defense Ministry has denied the reports in the Armenian media about a shootout on the state border between the two countries in the direction of Azerbaijani Kalbajar region, according to Azerbaijan in Focus, reporting Trend News.
The situation on the border is calm at the moment, Colonel Vagif Dargahli, noted the spokesman for the ministry.
“The message spread by the Ministry of Defense of Armenia is another provocation aimed at destabilizing the situation in the region,” he added.
