FM Bayramov: Opening of Azerbaijani embassy in Israel shows that relations between the two countries have reached new stage

“The opening of the embassy of Azerbaijan in Israel shows that the partnership between our countries has developed and relations have reached a new stage,” Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said at a joint press conference with his Israeli counterpart in Jerusalem, according to Azerbaijan in Focus, reporting AzerTac.

The minister noted that the regular contacts contribute to the expansion of cooperation between Azerbaijan and Israel in various areas. Minister Bayramov hailed relations between the two countries’ parliaments.

FM Bayramov also said that the Jewish community in Azerbaijan and the Azerbaijani diaspora in Israel play an important role in developing bilateral relations.
