The Minister spoke about the potential for investment cooperation and expansion of bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Germany. He invited foreign investors to cooperate in projects to be implemented in the liberated territories.

Chairman of the Board of AHK Azerbaijan Farid Isayev noted that the Association of Investors of Germany will expand its activities to develop partnership with Germany.

At the meeting, the opinions of experts on the “Foreign Business in Azerbaijan: Review of the Business Environment 2020” report were heard. The report is based on the results of a study of the business environment conducted among representatives of foreign businesses working in Azerbaijan.

The meeting was organized with the support of the Ministry of Economy, the Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Foundation (AZPROMO) and the German-Azerbaijan Chamber of Commerce (AHK). The report was prepared by AHK in cooperation with KPMG Azerbaijan.
