Hikmet Hajiyev’s response to Pashinyan: “Keeping local residents hostage is nothing but blackmail”

Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan – Head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration, Hikmet Hajiyev responded to Nikol Pashinyan’s statement that the cargo sent to Karabakh was allegedly “foodstuffs of vital importance”.
