In January, Ukraine Purchased Oil Only from Azerbaijan
According to Azerbaijan in Focus, reporting Trend News, in January this year, Ukraine imported crude oil for the amount of 34.34 million US dollars.
According to Ukrainian media, this is stated in the message of the State Customs Service of the country.
It is reported that this is 14% more than in the same period in 2020 ($ 30.12 million).
The entire volume of oil came from Azerbaijan.
In January 2021, Ukraine increased imports of oil and oil raw materials 1.9 times (by 49.32 thousand tons) compared to the same period in 2020 – up to 106.98 thousand tons.
At the same time, Ukraine did not export oil in January 2020 and 2021. During 2020, Ukraine imported 1.25 million tons of oil worth $ 409.17 million.
