Informal meeting of CIS heads of state gets underway in Saint Petersburg

An informal meeting of the Heads of State of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) has kicked off in Saint Petersburg, the Russian Federation, according to Azerbaijan in Focus, reporting AzerTac.

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev is attending the event.
