Interior Ministry announced appointment of Khankendi city commandant

Major General of Police Sardar Safarov has been appointed commandant of Khankendi city, according to Azerbaijan in Focus, reporting Turan, citing the report by the press service of the Azerbaijani Interior Ministry.
