President Ilham Aliyev visited Lachin district

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has paid a visit to Lachin district, according to Azerbaijan in Focus, reporting AzerTac.

The head of state viewed the construction of the 2.400-meter-long entrance tunnel to the Lachin International Airport on the 35th km of the Kalbajar-Lachin highway.

Chairman of the Board of Directors of Azerbaijan Highway State Agency Saleh Mammadov informed the head of state of the newly-built tunnel.

 

 

President Ilham Aliyev has also attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the 110/35/10 kV “Lachin” Junction Substation to be built by AzerEnergy Open Joint Stock Company in the city of Lachin.

 

The head of state laid the foundation stone for the “Lachin” Junction Substation.

President of AzerEnergy Open Joint Stock Company Baba Rzayev informed the head of state of the “Lachin” Junction Substation.
