Putin and Raisi discussed Karabakh

The Presidents of Russia and Iran, Vladimir Putin and Seyid Ibrahim Raisi, touched upon the situation around Karabakh in today’s telephone conversation, according to Azerbaijan in Focus, reporting Turan News.

Putin informed about the measures taken by the Russian side to ensure a ceasefire, unblock economic and transport ties, and establish peaceful life in the region.

They also discussed the main issues of bilateral cooperation, including the implementation of major joint investment projects, as well as cooperation in the fight against the spread of coronavirus infection.

Topical issues of the international agenda were thoroughly discussed, the Kremlin reports.
