Shusha, Veliko Tarnovo sign MoU on sister city relationship

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on a sister city relationship between the Azerbaijani city Shusha and Bulgarian city Veliko Tarnovo has been signed in Sofia, according to Azerbaijan in Focus, reporting AzerTac.

The document was inked by the Special Representative of the President of Azerbaijan in Shusha district Aydin Karimov and Mayor of Veliko Tarnovo Municipality Daniel Panov.
