Toivo Klaar: Those who committed crimes against Azerbaijanis need to be held responsible

Today I have been sent several videos apparently showing war crimes committed against Azerbaijanis, EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus Toivo Klaar wrote on his Twitter account, according to Azerbaijan in Focus, reporting Trend News.

“Also these need to be investigated and if authentic perpetrators need to be held responsible,” Klaar wrote.
