Turkish President To Visit Azerbaijan

On December 3rd, a source in the diplomatic circles stated that Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan will visit Azerbaijan, according to ‘Azerbaijan in Focus’ reporting Trend News.

The source noted that the president’s visit to the country will take place next week.

Currently, work is underway to prepare Erdogan’s visit to Baku, added the source.

Turkish president’s visit comes following Azerbaijan’s victorious outcome of nearly two months of fighting for the liberation of its territories from Armenian occupation.

Turkey, being a fraternal country to Azerbaijan, has always stood by Azerbaijan’s side in all the issues, including during the tough period of hostilities, which eventually resulted in de-occupation of Azerbaijani territories.

Turkish Minister of National Defense, Hulusi Akar, has recently stated that Turkey continues to cooperate with Azerbaijan in the field of military education and training.
