Speaker of Latvian Parliament arrives in Shusha

The Latvian parliamentary delegation led by Daiga Mieriņa, Speaker of the Latvian Saeima, arrived in the liberated city of Shusha in Azerbaijan, according to Azerbaijan in Focus, reporting AzerTac.

The delegation will acquaint themselves with the historical sites in Shusha, as well as the ongoing restoration and reconstruction works in the city.

Accompanying the delegation are Adil Aliyev, Deputy Chairman of the Milli Majlis, along with deputies Kamran Bayramov and Konul Nurullayeva, and Azerbaijan’s Ambassador to Latvia, Elnur Sultanov.
